Where It All Began
Hello!
I’m Gia the founder and creator of BASH boards & Co. I have over 20 years of experience in food and customer service! I have a passion for food and cooking and an eye for presentation and flavors - Not to mention I’m very well versed in wine and pairings that can take your graze to another level.
I believe that food should look beautiful and taste just as good! My values and passion are integrated in everything that I do. I believe that in order to get the most nutrition and flavor from the Jersey Shores produce we should follow the seasons and eat fruits and vegetables at their peak ripeness.
Life is too short not to eat cheese, and drink well!
